Return & Exchange Policy at ShopBliss:

14 days easy return or exchange if the product has any problem or not same as shown, we will pay the return shipping costs as well.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

At ShopBliss we believe in 100% customer satisfaction, to ensure your satisfaction we have strong quality control checks. We inspect every product strictly before dispatching it, to make sure that the product is genuine, not defective or incorrect.

If the product is incorrect / physically damaged / defective / faulty / fake or broken upon delivery, you should immediately notify us via website chat, Facebook page or given WhatsApp number.

To claim the return or exchange of your order, the product should contain its invoice, shipping label, complete packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories that came in or attached to the product.

You will only be eligible for a return or exchange if the purchased product clearly does not meet the given specifications & features on the website.

Change of mind is not a valid reason & absolutely inapplicable.
